Our brand-new Terrene Villa is a playful oasis by the beach. It's the spot for you to make the best memories with your loved ones. With plenty of cozy corners and a garden with a swimming pool, we've created the ultimate destination for fun and relaxation. Whether you're in the mood for some private downtime or ready for group shenanigans, it's all here for you to enjoy. And if you get the itch for adventure, Weligama Beach, epic surf spots, shops, and cafes are practically at your doorstep. The space The villa is located on Weligama Bay main beach road just by the famous Taprobane Island. The beach is just across from the street with approximately 50 meter distance. The property is completely private with gates in the front and the back. There is plenty of garden space which includes a private Yoga & Exercise Shala and a 7.3x3.0m swimming pool. The ground floor includes one ensuite bedroom , living room, large open kitchen and a sunken seating all facing the pool and the garden. Window doors open entirely creating a blended indoor/outdoor experience. The first floor was design with a touch of Sri Lanka's historical colonial architecture with a long mezzanine pathway looking down to the ground floor. On each side there are two ensuite rooms each with their own private balcony including a ceiling fan and comfy reading chairs. All furnitures have been designed and produced locally from solid wood mainly Teak. There are no imported items. We chose the highest quality matrices, pillow and be linen available in the country. Each room comes with Towels, Pool Towel, Shower Robes and more. Guest access The villa accessed mainly from the front gate. Guests will be given set of keys for the gate, ground level common areas, and for each room. For the first access our staff will be there for the check in. Other things to note The villa is fully serviced with full time staff who are in charge of hygiene and house keeping. Food & Drinks are offered at the villa prepared freshly in the utility kitchen. Food & Drinks options are shared through a digital menu sent upon booking. Breakfast is included in the night rate all other orders at reasonable prices.
