This spacious, functional bedroom is furnished with a super comfortable adjustable queen bed (with remote), matching nightstands, a large dresser, reading lamps, rug, work station and TV. Luxury touches include a leather massage chair, mini fridge and in-room coffee station with Keurig machine. A pair of double doored closets provide plenty of storage, complete with hanging rods, shelves, laundry hamper and hangers. Gorgeous natural sunlight filters through the bedroom's large bay window, complete with mini-blinds and curtains. The room/home has central air, but a ceiling fan is available for additional comfort if desired. The private ensuite bathroom has a full-sized bath tub, double vanity sink, toilet, plenty of mirrors and storage space, plus an additional closet for towels/toiletries. The townhome is 3 floors and has been lovingly maintained. There is an eat-in kitchen with numerous appliances, living room with Smart TV (+ some basic/premium channels), powder room and back deck. The WIFI is a high speed Xfinity mesh system that provides strong signal throughout. The home is shared with up to 2 other guests, as well as the homeowners when they are in town. The shared areas of the home are professionally cleaned on a monthly basis. It is the guest's responsibility to wash soiled dishes in a timely manner, take out trash when full and generally pick up after themself/contribute to a comfortable environment. THE SHARED HOME: This spacious 3-story townhouse is relatively new construction and has been lovingly updated and maintained. With a warm and welcoming decor, beautiful hardwood floors in the living and dining rooms, plus newly installed carpeting and laminate on bedroom level. High ceilings and countless windows providing lots of natural light. You'll feel right at home! Living room has a large bay window, beautiful decor/furniture, Smart TV, stereo system, and ventless gas fireplace. Home has central air conditioning and heat. Nice neighbors on the block and beautiful streets as well! Townhome Layout: The 1st floor consists of an entryway, coat closets, plus the owner's private bedroom/powder room, storage, and garage. The living room, kitchen, dining area and another powder room are on 2nd floor. The private master bedroom/ensuite bathroom and laundry area are located on 3rd floor, along with 2 additional rentable bedrooms and their designated hallway bathroom. This is a very relaxed and welcoming home environment. In addition to your private rented room with bathroom, you will have access to the home's shared areas. These include: the living room, eat-in full kitchen (with designated room shelves in the fridge/pantry), dining area, off-kitchen powder room, and laundry area. Just off the kitchen is a large 2nd-story wooden deck with plenty of outdoor furniture and city views. During your stay The house is shared with up to 2 other guests, as well as the homeowners when they are in town. The home is cleaned and managed professionally. You can expect to occasionally see cleaners, a member of the property management company and/or maintenance professionals as needed in the shared areas of the home. Other things to note PARKING: A RARE AMENITY FOR THE AREA! This room has a designated off-street parking spot underneath the back deck/at the backdoor main entrance!
