It's just minutes from parks, nature preserves and downtown Ann Arbor attractions like museums, shops, restaurants, sporting events and nightlife. We offer a coffee bar, books, and games for all to enjoy. The space The 1400sq. ft. home is located on a 1.4-acre property sprawling with various trees and foliage creating a very private space. The backyard has a peaceful pond with goldfish. The inside has vaulted ceilings with 2 skylights and lots of natural light. Even though you’re just off Platt Rd it’s difficult to hear any road noise from inside. The main bedroom sleeps 2 with a king bed, private bathroom with shower, walk-in closet, entrance to 3-season porch, reading nook and 45” smart TV. Bedroom #2 sleeps 2 with a queen and plenty of storage for belongings. Bedroom #3 sleeps 3 and has a bunk with twin on top, full on bottom and pull-out trundle with a twin. There is a Pack ‘N Play and highchair located in the closet for younger guests. The main living area has another 55” smart TV and an electric start gas fireplace for your comfort. The kitchen has 3 seats at the island, the dining table that seats 4 and a breakfast nook that seats 2. The kitchen includes all basic needs and has a fully stocked coffee bar with espresso, cappuccino, drip and French press coffee makers. Guest access When you stay in this comfortable home, you'll have then entire house to yourself. You will be given a key code for secure and contactless entry into the home and have use of the 2-car garage as well as parking in the driveway. Feel free to make use of the rooms and amenities, including the washer and dryer which is located right on the main floor next to the garage entrance, high-speed Wi-Fi, Pack 'N Play and highchair located in the kids' room closet. The only places not accessible to guests are the basement, shed and greenhouse. Other things to note This is an ideal place to stay for all that Milan, Saline and Ann Arbor have to offer with easy access to highways. If you're looking to get away with family and friends or just looking or peace and quiet you've come to the right place. Rental Rules: 1. Our property is rural, but we do have neighbors nearby, so we ask that you please respect the property as if it were your own home. Violating our no-party rule will result in a $1,000 collection and immediate cancellation of your stay, and police may be contacted and act on our behalf. 2. No smoking in the house. This includes the use of cigarettes, marijuana, and/or vaping. If you wish to smoke, we ask you to take it outside. ANY VIOLATION of this rule will result in a $200 fine or collection if necessary. This includes any evidence of tampering with the smoke detectors. 3. Keep in mind quiet hours to respect each and everyone's stay around you. Quiet hours during the week are 10 pm to 7 am. On the weekend, quiet hours are 11 pm to 6 am. Please understand breakage of these rules is immediate cancellation of your stay, and will be asked to vacate the property immediately. 4. WIFI: Our properties are equipped with free high-speed internet. The network name and password will be sent to you a few hours prior to check-in. Please refrain from any illegal downloads as it’s a federal offense here in the US. 5. HOUSEKEEPING: We provide linens, towels, soaps (shampoo, conditioner, & soap), wipes, toilet paper, paper towels, hand soap, kitchen soap, dish detergent pods, laundry detergent, and dryer sheets inside the house for you. If you have arrived and something is missing, please alert us immediately so that we can make sure to send someone over with the replacement as soon as possible. We do not provide daily housekeeping service during your stay unless requested for long-term stays.
