Bethany Beach and its boardwalk attractions are less than five miles from your front door as well. At home, enjoy easy quiet time in the sunroom or relax around the living room fireplace while streaming your favorite shows on the smart TV. An additional upstairs living area offers flexible home entertainment and added comfort, including a sectional and another smart TV. The gleaming, stainless steel kitchen comes well-equipped to handle home cooking with ease. Inviting coastal decor helps set the tone for your stay, while everyday essentials - including central air conditioning, complimentary WiFi, and a private washer/dryer for your laundry - provide carefree home convenience. For your entertainment, a cornhole set is provided in the garage and a collection of classic board games can be found in the cabinet in the upstairs living area. We kindly ask our guests to note that our community does not permit commercial vehicles on the premises. This fee is charged as part of your reservation at the time of booking. Check-in time: 4:00 p.m. Check-out time: 10:00 a.m. Cable service is only available downstairs. Streaming services are available with guests’ own account(s). Delaware regulations require all guests sign a lease agreement within 10 days of booking. A lease agreement will be sent within 24 hours of booking and an electronic signature is required before final check-in information is made available. All guests shall abide by our good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.
