Description
The Jointure Studios offers you all the comforts of a special b&b with the independence of your own apartment. The house, which dates back 500 years, and was converted from the workshops of the renowned artist Sir Frank Brangwyn. Shirley's unique home where she has been welcoming b&b guests since 2014, is in the centre of Ditchling with its pubs and cafes, and surrounded by beautiful countryside, but near to Brighton and Lewes. The space Our accommodation is a self-contained first floor flat: a cosy sitting room with a small but fully fitted kitchen area, a good sized bedroom with 6' bed or twin beds (on request) overlooking the secluded garden, and smart bathroom with power shower over the bath. We provide White Company bed linen and towels, bathrobes and Bramley natural toiletries. Guest access The front door opens into an enormous hall (once a Tudor barn) and the apartment is accessed off a balcony overlooking this. Here there are books on the history of the building and countryside which guests are welcome to browse as well as maps and local information booklets. The apartment is solely for guests use when here. Other things to note We offer bed and breakfast. In the apartment are coffee, teas, milk, cereals and biscuits - your breakfast of fresh fruit salad, yoghurt, artisan breads, home made cake and eggs is left for you at whatever time you request to have at your leisure in the flat. We will also clean your flat every day.
