Our newly renovated home is the perfect homebase for Skiing and winter fun! Relax in the new hot tub or catch up with friends around the brand new firepit while taking in the beauty of the surrounding landscape – including your very own stream. Inside, our large home has space for everyone complete with large dining table - seating for 12+, fireplace, kid’s corner with toys and games, and 3rd floor bunk room. Nearby hiking trails, boating lake, and ski mountains offer lots to do for everyone. The space As you make your way down the private driveway, you'll be greeted by a large family home with space to park several vehicles. Inside and out, the home features amenities for every member of your group. Drop-zone right inside of the front door for skis, boots, and gear. High-speed internet throughout the home and a dedicated workspace perfect for those who need to "get that one last email in" before fully disconnecting. Fully-equipped kitchen with coffee bar for the chefs in the group. And a large dining table with enough seating for 12+ guests perfect for epic game nights! Brand-new hot tub and firepit for lounging outdoors, taking in the scenery, and stargazing. Kid's corner with toys and games, a large hill for sledding in the winter and acres of pine tree forest and freshwater stream for exploring in the warmer months. *A bed for everyone on the 2nd and 3rd floors* The second floor features a large master bedroom with King Bed and private bath, 2nd bedroom with Queen bed, 3rd bedroom with two single beds, and an additional shared bathroom with bathtub. The third floor offers a bunk room featuring 5 beds – bunk bed, twin with trundle, and a single bed nestled in its own little alcove, as well as a half bath. Nearby, your group can enjoy local hiking trails, explore Lowell Lake State Park, or take a stroll in Londonderry Village where you’ll find the local grocery store, restaurants, and a great summertime farmers market. For a fun day trip, take a drive over to the town of Manchester for outlet shopping or enjoy the day-spa at the Equinox Hotel before coming back to your own private escape.
