Located in a quiet residence with a new swimming pool and easy access to the city center of Costa Adeje, sandy beaches, restaurants, and shopping centers. Ideal for those seeking a relaxing stay. The space This OceanHomeaway has everything you need. The equipment consists of a high-speed Wifi, 50"TV, air conditioning, living room with sofa bed and a dedicated working desk (for those who seek "workation"), equipped kitchen with big fridge, microwave, Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, kitchenware, bathroom with italian shower and washing machine, and a lovely terrace with dining table, sunbeds, and automatic awning. It is worth noting that the bedroom is separated from the living space only by a portal, not by a full-fledged door (but if you don't have a small baby, it shouldn‘t bother you). Guest access The apartment is located in a calm and well-cared residence with a new swimming pool. Compared to the surrounding residences, there are just a few stairs to reach the apartment. However, it is not suitable for those with disabilities, as it is located a bit uphill. The location is perfect for everybody looking for an ideal climate all year round, the calm place just a few minutes walking from the city center and the best sandy beaches accessible just 5-10 min by car. If you prefer to walk to the beach, you’ll get there within 20 min of an easy walk down the hill. A very good restaurant is just by the entrance to the residence. Within 5 min walking you’ll have X-Sur Shopping Center with supermarket, shops, restaurants, and even a cinema. Aqualand and Siam Park waterpark is a 3-5 min drive. Street parking is free everywhere on the surrounding streets, but note that the apartment does not have a private parking lot. The bus stop is just by the complex. And using a taxi is always cheap here. The location offers a peaceful stay, away from the night rush of the city center, but close enough to reach it. Situated between the Torviscas Centro/San Eugenio Alto areas of Costa Adeje, our apartment is strategically located, with Las Americas just 5 min drive away, Los Cristianos 8 min drive, and Tenerife Sur Airport 15 min drive. Other things to note Providing a toddler bed and a high chair is possible, but will require an additional cost to cover expenses. The apartment's location may not be suitable for those with reduced mobility, as stairs lead up to it. However, despite the uphill road to the residence, there's a bus stop in front of the building, and street parking is available. I would also like to inform you that, based on Spanish Law 4/2015 of 30/03, I must request identification documents from all guests. For administrative purposes, I use a check-in app through which I will send you a form that must be completed before your arrival.
