We do have space for 2 cars, unless they are BIG. We park with the second car slightly on the pathway and have never had a problem. Alternate parking can be found nearby on local streets but parking this close to Leeds is difficult, so please minimise cars where possible. Guest access Once your booking is confirmed, we’ll send over all the details you’ll need for a smooth check-in. You can access the property anytime after 3pm on your arrival day via a lockbox located by the front door. The code will be sent to you 5 hours before check-in. Please enter through the front door of the building, and kindly be mindful of neighbours when parking. Make sure not to block any other residents. We look forward to welcoming you! Therefore, we cannot guarantee a 3 PM check-in for last-minute bookings, especially if there are departing guests. Guests with advance reservations are prioritised for check-in over last-minute bookings. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ EARLY CHECK-IN REQUESTS ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ We strongly advise aiming for a check-in time of 3 PM. We will notify you once your accommodation is ready for your arrival. Should you need earlier access, you have the option to book the preceding night, subject to availability. While we endeavour to accommodate early-check requests, please be aware that, unlike hotels, we do not have additional rooms available. Therefore, if a guest checks out on the same day as your arrival, our housekeeping team will require sufficient time to prepare the accommodation. We appreciate your patience and understanding in such cases. Additionally, if you wish to request an early check-in with an associated fee, please feel free to send us a message, and we will do our best to arrange it for you. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ LATE CHECK-OUT REQUESTS ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Depending on our bookings and housekeeping schedules, it may be feasible to arrange a later check-out time. Please contact us before 6pm PM on the day prior to your departure to inquire about the possibility of extending your stay. We will do our best to accommodate your request. However, if you require a check-out time after 1 PM, an additional night's fee will apply, and this must be settled through the Airbnb Resolution Center, or in contact with us. The payment should be processed on the evening before your departure; otherwise, housekeeping will proceed with the standard check-out time of 10 AM. Additionally, if you wish to request a late check-out with an associated fee, please feel free to send us a message, and we will endeavour to make arrangements for you. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ STARTER SUPPLIES ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ To set realistic expectations, we provide essential starter supplies to make your stay more comfortable. These complimentary items include tea bags, dishwasher tabs, instant coffee, and a few other essentials. Please note that these supplies are not intended to last for the entire duration of your stay but are provided to save you from needing to rush to the supermarket as soon as you arrive. If you would like to request mid-stay services at any time during your stay, please let us know. Mid stay services are of course chargeable. Washing machines are supplied and clothes dryers for you to clean during your stay. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ TRAVEL COT AND HIGH CHAIR ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Please note that a cot and high chair may not be available for this property. However, please send us a message to check availability, and we will confirm if these items can be provided. For ease, please plan to bring your own if possible. For safety and hygiene reasons, we don't supply linens or mattresses for the travel cot. This is because the detergents used by large commercial laundries to clean these items can be harsh on sensitive baby skin. It's much better for you to use your own fabrics, linens, and mattress that are familiar to your baby's skin to avoid any sensitivities or allergic reactions.
