Stay in our beautiful apartment in the heart of downtown Louisville, just steps away from the city's most vibrant entertainment districts! Located in the historic Henry Clay building, you'll enjoy these modern comforts: - One king, one queen bed with luxury linens for a great night sleep - Concrete floors, high ceilings, and lots of natural light - Big screen smart TV and high speed wifi - Fully equipped kitchen - Washer/dryer - Pull out queen sofa bed At check in, you'll enter the building using a call box that provides temporary access to the main doors and elevator. Your call box code will be unique to your stay and expire after you check out for added security and peace of mind. The apartment has a Yale smart lock keypad for self check-in. Once inside the apartment, you'll find a key fob on the table that will provide access to the main doors of the building and elevator instead of the call box. All access codes will be sent a few days prior to your arrival. The location is unbeatable - just steps away from the iconic Louisville Palace and Mercury Ballroom, where you can catch some of the best live music acts in the region. Plus, you're within walking distance to Fourth Street Live, an entertainment district filled with bars, restaurants, and shops. And that's not all - you're less than a mile from Whiskey Row, where you can sample some of Kentucky's finest bourbons and soak up the city's rich history. Just a few blocks away, you'll find the trendy neighborhoods of NuLu and Butchertown, both packed with art galleries, cafes, and boutiques. The Clay Commons Parking Garage at 350 W Chestnut St is adjacent to the building, and you'll actually enter through the garage to access the apartment. There is a loading zone to your left after entering the parking garage, with a large Henry Clay sign to the right of wooden doors -- feel free to park in front of the doors with flashers while you unload your luggage. The easiest overnight parking is in the Clay Commons lot, which is a paid lot with daily maximum of $22, but there are plenty of other garages or paid street parking in the area. A few blocks away, you'll find the Starks Garage at $15/night, or the 4th Street Live Garage, which offers overnight parking for $5 after 6pm M - Th, and after 5pm Fr - Su. The Henry Clay building is at the corner of Chestnut and S 3rd St, feel free to search options in the area that may work better for your trip!
