Adjacent to the Lac-Brome Theater and facing Coldbrook Park and the Moulin Pond, this location is the ideal starting point to meet artisans, food producers, and taste local products. Beautiful stroll are guaranteed. Lac-Brome and its beach are a 15-minute walk away. The door to the apartment is at the bottom of the stairs. So for young children, it is recommended to bring a safety gate to put at the top of the stairs, while being careful to the wall. A large closed bedroom is at your disposal, equipped with a half-bathroom (sink and toilet) and a Queen size bed. The room is located on one side of the house and it is very quiet at night. Another full bathroom, equipped with a glass shower, is accessible from the living room. The living room offers a sofa to accommodate two additional people to sleep. The open-concept kitchen is equipped with a bar counter, stove with oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, blender, filter coffee maker as well as everything you need to cook and receive at the table easily 6 to 8 people. The accommodation is equipped with a washer and dryer at your disposal. A private balcony is also accessible on the 1st floor, with a view of the main street and the center of the village. In summer, rest chairs will be at your disposal. Internet Wi-Fi is included. A *Smart* TV in of 46 inches, in the living room, will allow you to connect to your Netflix account or others. The house is located on a busy road during the day. But in the evening and at night, it is quiet. It is next to the Knowlton Pub which offers restaurant services. It closes at 4 p.m. on weekdays and 9 p.m. on weekends. The Lac-Brome Theater is behind the parking lot, and the public market, openned on Saturday mornings during the summer, is just a few minutes away by foot. Storage: There are several wardrobes available in the room, with ample space to store your suitcases and clothes. An additional wardrobe is also available at the entrance of the kitchen.
