One ridge over from Snowshoe Resort & Raven Golf course this private cabin in WV faces Snowshoe’s Cupp run and Shay’s Revenge. Aspen log beds throughout with plush mattresses. Top of the Ridge Cabin is ideally located in an exclusive and quiet setting overlooking the Snowshoe valley and caters to groups divided between all day skiing and cozying up to the fire with a book. Perched on a private ridge peak surrounded by 12 open acres, you have a short drive (typically 20-25 minutes one way) from the house to the parking lots at Snowshoe or Silver Creek. You pass the rental shops, grocery store/gas, restaurants, and shops on the way. During the ski season, 4-wheel drive or chains for 2 wheel drive are required to reach the Top of the Ridge Cabin. The ridge road is plowed after every 3 inches of snow, however, packed snow remains in some areas depending on conditions and the road has a moderate climb to the ridge top. Parking for 2 wheel drive is available at the base of the ridge if you want to leave a 2 wheel car during your stay. Sleeping arrangements are as follows: Mstr 1: Queen, 32" flat screen, Sat. TV and Netflix, full bath w/ jacuzzi tub Mstr 2: Queen, 32" flat screen, Sat. TV, and Netflix, full bath w/ shower. Mstr 3: (basement) Queen, TV with Netflix only, full bath w/ shower Living Room: 55" flat screen DVD, Netflix, Karaoke, surround sound, queen Sofa bed Loft 1: bunk (2 twins) TV w/ DVD/VCR, no Sat. Loft 2: 2 twins, 32" flat screen, Sat. TV and Netflix, (loft shares a full bath w/ shower) Back room: Game TV, 4 unmade twins (1 bunk and 2 singles) The cabin is a whole house rental. You will be given the lock box code for keys to let yourself in and enjoy the area. TOTRC is on the top of a mountain on 6 open acres of beautiful land with gorgeous views. 4 wheel drive is necessary in the colder months of the year. We will advise based on your rental dates.
