Tiny House BEN, at the foot of the Rhön Mountains

The modern and private tiny house covers 33 m² and has a spacious terrace with a magnificent view of the countryside. Located near the Rhön, just a few meters from the Brend River, as well as shopping and bike paths, this tiny house offers the perfect combination of experience and optional amenities. It's the ideal retreat for a relaxing and active vacation: everything is possible here, but nothing is a must. That's freedom. The space The small cottage is picturesquely located on a meadow in front of a residential building in a quiet residential area. Despite its modest size, thanks to clever minimalism, it offers everything you need without having to sacrifice comfort. It can accommodate up to four people. The adjacent street leads to various shopping facilities such as a Netto grocery store, a butcher shop and a beverage store, as well as to downtown Bad Neustadt. Only about ten meters away, a playground invites you to linger, while on the other side of the street the picturesque Brend river flows quietly, lined with lush nature of trees and bushes. Along the river there are idyllic places to relax and for cozy picnics. Guest access The entire tiny house, including the attached terrace and the surrounding meadow up to the two striking stones, is at your disposal. Your car can be conveniently parked in the adjacent gravel parking lot. Other things to note 🛁 Whirlpool / hot tub – bookable only upon request and at an additional cost Please note: The hot tub is not included in the booking price and must always be booked separately. Use is only possible after prior request and confirmation. ☀️ Electric hot tub (May – September) From May to September, you can also book an electric hot tub with us – your very own wellness highlight right at the tiny house. ✨ The hot tub is protected under a pavilion, lovingly decorated with a string of lights – perfect for romantic evenings or a relaxing start to the day. ➡️ Here's how it works: Please write to us when booking or at the latest before arrival if you would like to use the hot tub. We will prepare everything exclusively for you. Costs vary depending on the booking period, number of people and length of stay, as electricity and water costs vary. We will be happy to send you the exact price in advance. ❄️ Hot tub (October – April) In the cold season, a hot tub (wood-fired) is available instead – bookable through our cooperation partner Sebastian. The entire booking and payment is made directly through him; you will receive his contact details from us after your request. 💶 Price example: from approx. €190 for 3 days (longer on request) 💧 Freshly filled, set up directly on site and exclusively for your use. 💌 Tip: Treat yourself to this little extra – it's worth it!
