Tiny House BEN, at the foot of the Rhön Mountains

The modern and private Tiny House spans over 33 square meters and features a spacious terrace with a magnificent view of the green surroundings. Situated near the Rhön, just a few meters from the Brend River as well as shopping facilities and bike paths, this Tiny House offers the perfect blend of experience and optional amenities. It is the ideal retreat for a relaxing and active vacation: Here, everything is possible, but nothing is mandatory. That's freedom. The space The quaint little cottage sits charmingly on a meadow in front of a residential house in a peaceful neighborhood. Despite its modest size, it offers everything you need thanks to clever minimalism, without compromising on comfort. It accommodates up to four people. The adjacent road leads to various shopping options such as a Netto grocery store, a butcher's shop, and a beverage store, as well as to the downtown area of Bad Neustadt. Just about ten meters away, a playground invites you to linger, while on the other side of the street, the picturesque Brend River flows serenely, bordered by lush nature of trees and bushes. Along the river, you'll find idyllic spots for relaxation and cozy picnics. Guest access The entire Tiny House, along with the attached terrace and the surrounding piece of lawn up to the two prominent stones, is at your disposal. Your car can be comfortably parked in the adjacent gravel parking lot. Other things to note 🛁 Hot Tub / Whirlpool – Available only on request and for an extra charge Please note: The hot tub is not included in the booking price and must always be booked separately in advance. Use is only possible after prior request and confirmation from us. ☀️ Electric Whirlpool (May – September) From May until the end of September, you can book our electric whirlpool as an optional extra – your very own wellness highlight right next to the Tiny House. ✨ The whirlpool is sheltered under a cozy pavilion, beautifully decorated with fairy lights – perfect for romantic evenings or a relaxing start to the day. ➡️ How it works: Please contact us when you book or at least before your arrival if you would like to use the whirlpool. We’ll prepare everything exclusively for you. The price varies depending on season, number of guests, and length of stay, since electricity and water costs differ. We’re happy to send you the exact price in advance upon request. ❄️ Hot Tub (October – April) During the colder months, you can book a wood-heated Hot Tub through our local partner Sebastian. The entire booking and payment process is handled directly by him – you’ll receive his contact details from us after your request. 💶 Example price: from approx. €190 for 3 days (longer stays on request) 💧 Freshly filled, set up directly on site, and for your private use only. 💌 Tip: Treat yourself to this special extra – it’s absolutely worth it!
