Quiet, bright and spacious apartment on the lower level with garden access. 15 minutes by public transport to Lucerne train station. Guest card included (public transport in the city free, many discounts in museums/mountain railways), underground parking free. The apartment has a bathroom with a bathtub and 2 sinks, a king-size bed + a sofa bed, TV with 300 channels and a fully equipped kitchen. For babies there is a crib and high chair. No air conditioning, no washing machine The space Our apartment is located in a quiet neighborhood in an apartment building and is also regularly used privately by our family. We hosts live with our 2 children in the same house in a larger apartment. If you wish, we are quickly available for questions, tips for the region or requests. The apartment is 65 square meters, has 1 bedroom with a king-size bed (180 × 200 cm), in addition to a comfortable sofa bed (sleeping area 140 × 220) in the living room as well as a baby crib. It can accommodate up to 4 adults or a family with up to 3 children. The apartment is on the lower level, but is nice and bright due to large windows. Direct access to the all-day sunny garden terrace with rattan lounge and parasol is a highlight for cozy sunny hours. We offer a fully equipped kitchen (filter coffee maker/Bialetti, toaster, kettle, sandwich maker, spices/tea/coffee filters available) as well as a functional bathroom with 2 sinks and bathtub, hairdryer available. There is also a vacuum cleaner and clothes rack. There is a TV with normal TV program, plus an HDMI cable so that via Wi-Fi your own streaming services can be viewed on the TV via laptop. The house has a small private playground and a ping-pong table that can be shared. The private parking space is located in the underground parking garage. If necessary, an outdoor parking space can be rented. The apartment is located in a quiet residential area from which you can quickly reach either the lake, nature (Central Swiss mountains/Pilatus recreational area) or the city of Lucerne by public transport or car. Public transport is minutes away (bus stop 450 m, Kriens Mattenhof S-Bahn station 700 m). The S-Bahn runs until 1:00 am. Alternatively, you can reach the city directly on foot or by bike via disused former tracks (3.5 km), as well as some restaurants and shopping facilities as well as a wide range of leisure activities (indoor pool/outdoor pool/playgrounds) within walking distance (about 500 m). House rules: No animals, no smoking inside the apartment, no unannounced visits overnight, no use of the shared laundry room out of respect for the neighbors, no candles or open fire in the apartment, daily ventilation due to humidity, vacuuming of the apartment by the guest for more than 7 nights We look forward to hearing from you.
