Enjoy a stylish experience at this centrally-located place. The loft is for four people or a couple to spend romantic time on the beach. Well centralized, two blocks of very trendy streets full of options for restaurants, bars, chopperia, ice cream, food trucks, hamburgers, pharmacy, supermarket and more. We are also just four blocks from the beautiful Praia da Costa. You don't need to drive to have fun or dine, we're very close to several options. The space Cozy 1-bedroom, 1-bathroom loft at Pousada Ribeiro, Praia da Costa. The room features a queen-size bed, wardrobe, air-conditioning, ceiling fan, 50” TV, private bathroom, bed linens and bath towels. Living room with 50” TV, ceiling fan and sofa bed in the size of a double bed. Full kitchen with fridge, stove, air fryer, microwave, blender, mixer, pressure cooker, pots and utensils. Service area: Washing machine and clothesline. We offer two complimentary beach chairs. Guest access TOTAL silence hours: 10 p.m. to 9 a.m., including loud conversation, television, and sound. Keep the sound inside your apartment. *** if you listen to music inside your apartment outside the quiet hours (during the day) Keep the sound level only for you. Other guests may not like your type of music or may want to sleep. Remember, everyone is on vacation!! ***SMOKING IS EXPRESSLY PROHIBITED!!! According to article 49 of Law No. 12.546/2011 and Decree No. 8.262/2014. If we notice any trace of cigarette smell in the environment, we charge R$ 600.00 to remove nicotine from walls, blankets, curtains, etc. *** Please do not disconnect any electronics, do not turn off the gas stove, do not change the refrigerator or air-conditioning settings. (You have the freedom to set the air-conditioning to the temperature you want) just don't change the settings. *** Trash: All garbage must go in the container on the left side of the building on the corner. Please do not place trash in front of the building or in the hallways. Keep your garbage inside the apartment until it's time to take it out. We are extremely grateful for following our rules.
