Beautiful beachfront condo with an awesome view of the Gulf of America. You will LOVE this comfortable, clean 2 bed 1 bath condo with farmhouse/beach decor. Have a cup of coffee or enjoy dinner on the side deck right outside the front door. While staying here you will have access to the Little Lagoon across the road from the complex. 25% off your stay thru February 2026. The space Master bedroom has a king size bed, 2nd bedroom has a full size bed. Each room has a tv. Guest access The beach is just a few steps away from the condo. Feel free to use any of the items in the storage box on the deck. Make sure to wash & dry them well before you return back to the box. BBQ grills & picnic tables are near the pool area. Other things to note ***This unit DOES NOT have an elevator. Since our unit is on the 2nd level, you will have to walk up 2 flights of short stairs. The code for the keypad will be provided the day of arrival. A parking pass for one vehicle will be charged as a resort fee of $40. You may also purchase 1 additional pass for $40 if needed. Please let me know in advance if you will be needing an extra pass. Pass will be left on kitchen counter. Please fill in your info & place in your car immediately.
