CLEAN AND SAFE vacation home in a quiet and rural neighborhood. 1 block to forest land & hiking trails. This is a great home base for day trips all around Northern Arizona DRIVE TIMES Grand Canyon 2 hrs Phoenix 1 hr Flagstaff 1 hr Prescott 45 min Sedona 30 min The space Living/Dining room combo with electric fireplace & TV that gets some local Phoenix channels. Kitchen with fridge, range/oven, microwave, toaster oven, coffee pot, electric tea kettle and basic cooking & eating amenities. Outdoors there is a patio with table & chairs for dining or nightly stargazing. Property also provides off street parking for up to 2 vehicles Guest access The entire house (minus 2 storage closets) is accessible to registered guests. The master suite, garage & outside fire pit are off limits. This home is a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom house on another listing. You will have the entire place to yourself. Other things to note This home is quiet & comfortable. Our town does not have a night life, however there is a nice Casino 8 miles away with restaurants, a lounge, bowling alley and the occasional concert if you are looking for evening entertainment. *Be aware that Rimrock/Lake Montezuma is a small unincorporated community south of Sedona in the Verde Valley. We do not have the commercialism that certain guests may be searching for. We are working class and retirees who left the rat race behind. We enjoy watching mule deer, coyote & javelin that frequent the neighborhood. We breathe clean air and marvel at beautiful sunsets and dark night time skies. Our hiking trails are not well known therefore we enjoy the solitude. Our vacation home is located on a mesa, halfway between Phoenix and the South Rim of Grand Canyon. The house is approximately 5 miles from exit 293 off I-17.
