Lovely modern 1 bedroom condo in Laem Mae Phim in Rayong province. 100 meters to the beach and with a rooftop infinity pool. Please note that we only accept guests that are a verified users on Airbnb (with government ID). The space The space has a double bed in the bedroom and a sofa bed in the living room. The condo can sleep up to 3 comfortably. The kitchen is fully equipped with a kettle, coffee machine, microwave, fridge, plates, cups and glasses and cooking utensils should you want to cook. Guest access Full access to the condo and shared access to the rooftop pool. Other things to note Please note this is a residential building, so we kindly ask guests to respect neighbours, the apartment, and all shared areas. Pool hours: 07:00–22:00. Please follow the pool rules displayed in the building. No glass, food, drinks, smoking, alcohol, diving or jumping are allowed in the pool area. Children must be supervised at all times. No smoking inside the apartment. Please remove shoes indoors and switch off air conditioning, lights and fans when leaving. Electricity use above 500 THB per week will be charged separately. The cleaning fee covers checkout cleaning only. Extra cleaning can be arranged for 500 THB per visit, not including laundry. During Thai holidays, the area may be busier and occasionally noisier than usual.
