Difesa del Monte Farmhouse

The Difesa del Monte Agritourism is located in a forest of more than 180 hectares in the Pollino National Park at 700m above sea level. It is 15 km (30 minutes by car) from Grisolia beach and 5 km (15 minutes by car) from the historic center of Grisolia. In the company's territory you can admire three of the oldest chestnut trees in Europe, the most impressive of which is known as the Castagno del Salavrone ("ramarro"), the largest tree in the Pollino Park.
