Have demonstrated dedication to hosting a positive experience offering well-maintained peaceful character home with tall ceilings, big windows, slate wood blinds, clean comfortable double bed with quality bedding, lots of light and fresh air for your rest. The space My apartment is located in the beautiful and trendy area of Miraflores, walking distance to seafront and most gorgeous parks, beaches, cultural landmarks, cafe and restaurants, language schools, convenient stores, shopping malls and markets; tennis, surfing, cycling, gym, yoga. It is next to the business district of San Isidro and close to the romantic and bohemian town of Barranco. The suite is on street level, yet safe and secure. It has flat and open floor plans with tall ceilings and large windows. My home is clean, cozy, quiet, and a nice complement to your experience of Peru. Guest access Your bedroom has southerly sunny exposure with plants and wooden blinds cover. A functional closet and enough furniture will accommodate your luggage and personal belongings, and may fit a desk upon your request on longer stays. You will have a real bed with a double comfortable orthopedic mattress, spare sets of sheets, down pillows & bed-cover. The kitchen is fully functional and preferably set for light meals only. You will have fridge and freezer space for your goodies. The living room and bathroom are common areas. There is WIFI. During your stay Respect is key. I enjoy polite conversation. I celebrate private time to read, relax and meditate. My daily routine includes doing some errands, going to the beach, gym, yoga and classes; making art and crafts, and going to sleep by 9:00pm.
