A large glass door gives direct access from the kitchen out to the house's 35m² covered terrace area furnished with spacious dining tables, chairs and a built-in BBQ. There is also an extra living room and a separate dining room with antique Mallorcan-style furnishings and exposed wooden ceiling beams. There is a W.C with access from the house or directly from outside and a laundry room with washing machine and sink The bedrooms are spread across 3 storeys: On the ground floor, a double bedroom with an en-suite shower. This has a permanent waterfall installed which supplies additional refreshment in the pool. The historic tram connects Sóller with Port de Sóller, passing through several farms and beautiful orchards. A spectacular route! Then the wooden train connects Soller with the capital, Palma, so it is not necessary to use a rental car to travel to the capital. Other things to note In this villa, 2 baby cots and high chairs are available free of charge on request. Electricity usage will be calculated at 0.40€/kWh,the first 70€ for 7 nights will be included in the price, the rest will be charged in cash at departure. The A/C provides hot and cold air but in cases of central heating requests this optional use will be charged on-site in cash (1.50€/liter heating oil). A damage deposit of 500€ is required on arrival and retiurned on departure after check.
