Guest access During your stay at our condo, you will have exclusive access to the entire unit, ensuring privacy and comfort. This means you can make yourself at home in the living spaces, bedroom, kitchen, and any other amenities provided within the condo. It's your personal haven during your Gulf Shores getaway. Additionally, you'll have access to the common areas of the property, including the inviting pool and relaxing hot tub. These communal spaces are perfect for unwinding, socializing, and enjoying the beautiful Gulf Coast surroundings. Our aim is to provide you with a seamless and enjoyable experience, so you can fully savor your time in Gulf Shores. Should you have any questions or require assistance during your stay, please don't hesitate to reach out. Your comfort and satisfaction are our top priorities, and we want to ensure your visit is memorable for all the right reasons. Other things to note Nestled along the enchanting Gulf Shores, our beachfront condos offer an idyllic escape just steps away from the pristine shores of the Gulf of Mexico. We are delighted to share not just one, but three inviting condos within the same building, perfect for families seeking both togetherness and personal space. Before You Arrive: We aim to have your unit ready by 3:00 p.m. If we're running behind during peak seasons, we appreciate your patience. We'll notify you if the condo is ready earlier. Start-Up Supplies Provided: For your convenience, we offer basic amenities like soap, a roll of toilet paper, 2 kitchen garbage bags, and a roll of paper towels. Once used, please replace these items for the remainder of your stay. While we provide a drip coffee pot and Keurig, you'll need to bring your filters and coffee. Beach Amenities: During Peak Season, you'll find beach chairs and an umbrella for rent on the beach. We do strive to have a sand toys for the kids. Please return borrowed items and remember that we do not provide beach towels. WIFI: WiFi information is available in this listing's profile and in the condo. Rental Agreement & Additional Parking Pass: A signed Rental Agreement, copy of valid ID and a $500 security deposit "HOLD" is required within 24 hours of booking (or at booking if the reservation is within 24 hours of arrival). The hold is authorized within 24 hours of arrival and released within 48 hours of scheduled departure should there be no issues, including but not limited to damaged or missing items. If you need to purchase a 2nd parking pass ($50), we must know one at least (1) week in advance in order to have time to purchase it for you and have it in the condo for your arrival. Failure to do so will result if having to park off site. This is our cherished home away from home. We kindly ask you to treat it with the utmost respect. Enjoy your stay!
