Enjoy beautiful views on the balcony, shared outdoor area with grill and fire pit, Smart TV, WiFi, private entrance and 2 parking spaces. A perfect retreat for all seasons! The space This lower unit offers two bedrooms, one bathroom, and a versatile futon couch, accommodating up to 6 guests with 3 beds (1 bedroom (2 queen, 2 twins). The unit features a fully-equipped kitchen, ensuring you have everything you need to prepare meals. Guest access Guests can access the shared patio and fire pit area to enjoy a night by the fire, as well as make use of the gas grill (gas not included). You'll have a great view of nature to savor while sipping drinks and feeling the warmth of the fire. Other things to note This is the Lower unit of a duplex. Please note that certain areas outside the house may be shared with guests staying in the upper unit.
