There is a bricked patio area for outdoor cooking on the grill and picnic table for gathering. The other living area has a 72" cable TV and comfy couches to sit and game or just relax and watch a movie. Living area offers a Sleeper Sofa for extra sleeping. You can cook up your family favorites in the kitchen while there is plenty of room for everyone to sit and enjoy. One dining table holds six easily and the other holds four. The bedroom design is a split plan with the master off the generous foyer housing a king bed an ensuite with bidet and shower. The large laundry is off the master making it convenient for guests. The second bedroom has a queen bed with WIFI TV. The third bedroom has a separate twin bed and a bunk that has a twin on top with a queen bottom. The TV is also WIFI. The hall bathroom has a soaker tub and separate shower and is right off the two hall bedrooms. You can bring your boat and trailer or RV and park it in the second driveway located to the left of the home. This home sleeps 10 people. Right across the street is a straight shot to the beach. Just a three block walk. Put your gear in a wagon and go spend a day soaking up the sun......
