Take it easy at a unique retreat, which is part of a farmhouse built in 1830’s in the scenic Boston NY hills. Conveniently located ~2 miles from the Rte 219 expressway. You can easily reach most WNY locations within an hour. Only 14 miles to Highmark Stadium. We are 25 miles from Holiday Valley skiing and just off WNY snowmobile trails. Private entry to a common room with convenience appliances; microwave, coffee pot, and dorm fridge, no kitchen access. Upstairs to the bedrooms and bathroom. The space Simple country living in a farmhouse with a shared covered back deck area with comfortable outdoor seating and a propane grill for outdoor cooking. Guest access A private entrance to a guest common room, then upstairs to 3 bedrooms and a bathroom. The only shared area is the back deck area. During your stay Either cohost can be reached at anytime before or during your stay by either phone call or text, from 9am-11pm EST daily. We are also available on site at the Quilt Farm during the regular business hours of Tuesday thru Saturday 11am to 5 pm. Other things to note There is no Wi-Fi in the living areas, but there is internet availability at the Quilt Farm, during their regular business hours.
