Private bedroom in cozy apartment

Our 3 bedroom 2.5 bath apt is located just south of UNC's campus in a quiet area populated mostly by grad students and families. We are a 15 min walk from campus or you can use any of the 5 bus lines nearby. We are also at the junction of 54 for easy access to Carrboro and Durham/Raleigh. The bedroom has a shared bathroom with a student doing summer research. Free parking available. A second bedroom is available if you have 2-4 people. Would prefer someone looking to stay long term (June/July). Guest access Just outside the bedroom is the shared bathroom and a washer/dryer. You are welcome to use any shared spaces in the apartment! During your stay I will be out of town during available dates but there will be another roommate in the house.
