The houses do not share any space or entry way so you will have privacy. Our pool is saltwater and heated and is open for the 2019 season. We are a 3.5 hour drive from Boston and 4 hours from NYC and an hour from Albany International Airport. It is two miles from the quaint village of North Bennington and Bennington college. A 30 minute drive to the Manchester, VT outlet shops and restaurants as well as 40 minutes to Williamstown home of the Clark Art Institute and Williams College. There is high speed wifi but we don't have the cable TV set up. The downstairs has central air but there is no AC upstairs. Usually you don't need AC at night in Vermont. Guest access The entire house and property. I may be around in the attached inlaw house but the houses are seperate with separate entrances. Other things to note If you are looking for an escape with quality family time this is the perfect place. There are a bounty of local hikes, lakes to visit, rivers to canoe in the summer and winter is filled with skiing and show shoeing.
