Private Room near UNC, walk to Grocery and Cinema

Our bright apt is located north of UNC's campus in a quiet and beautiful area. It is a great location with easy access to free bus lines, shopping, and dining options. It's 20 min bus ride to UNC or Franklin St. with 2 bus lines, 5 min walk to Timberlyne Shopping Center including cinema, grocery store (Food Lion) and restaurants. We are also close to Highway I40. The space Nice and peivate home with all you need for a long or short trip in Chapel Hill! We have free parking, gym, swim pool and nearby grocery as well. Guest access The bedroom has a private bathroom. You are welcome to use any shared spaces in the apartment! During your stay Whatever guest like. Text preferable. Other things to note #####Special note for Christmas and New year stay#### From Dec 23 - Jan 6, we prefer more than 3-day reservation, since we are out of town for the winter break. Thank you for your cooperation! 1. Checkout instructions -Take out trash (the bin is behind the entry door) -Load dishes in dishwasher -Return anything back to its location if it is possible -Leave towels on hook -Leave linens on bed -Check for left behind items -Turnoff lights & AC -Lock door -Message me (919 904 9538) that you are leaving. -Done! Thank you so much for your cooperation! Wish to see you again! 2. Tips for long term stay: -We'd like to provide you enough supplies like soap, TP etc for at least a week. After that, you can either re-stock them by yourself for the remaining stay from grocery store (Food Lion, 5 mins by walk) around the corner; or request a weekly supply of fresh linens and TP etc, which will be charged an extra service fee. Thank you for your understanding! 3. PS: Sophia is our lovely 6 year old daughter. Better for her health and yours, we suggest to keep the AC temperature higher than 76 even in the summer. 4.
