This quaint, charming house is located in the Historic District in downtown Sanford just blocks away from parks, restaurants, shops, bars, theaters, and breweries. There are also tours, golf cart and bicycle rentals, boat rentals, and more! With an event happening almost every week, there is something for everyone to enjoy. The little gray cottage is a stand-alone 2 bedroom and 2 full bathroom house that is almost 100 years old! It still has plenty of quirks and charm but with all of the modern amenities and comforts to have an enjoyable stay. Both bedrooms have a queen bed and can sleep 2, and there is also a small futon in the office/bonus room and a couch in the living room. The property has a designated parking area, plenty of street parking, and on-site laundry. Please note: There is a nearby baseball facility where batting practice is typically held in the afternoons from 3:00 to 6:00 p.m. You may hear music during this time.
