Adventure - Tiny House

Come savor everything Utah has to offer in this newly constructed open concept tiny home. Enjoy the amenities and luxury of a modern space while staying in the heart of the rural South West. Just 15 minutes from Zion, our place is surrounded by farms, fields, mountains, streams, and livestock. With quick access to national parks, back country hikes, and world class mountain biking our place is a perfect place to rest and take in the views. The space The tiny house is a one room, open concept space. It contains a queen size bed, a couch that pulls out to make a queen size place to sleep in the open concept space, a dining table/work space with a small kitchen area which includes a refrigerator with freezer. The private bathroom has a shower with shampoo, conditioner, shower soaps provided. The property has outdoor spaces for cooking on gas grills. Fire pits with wood provided for an evening fire and a space to enjoy the starlight. Guest access The tiny house is a single unit. It is an open concept floor plan, the couch, queen size bed and kitchenette are in one room. The private bathroom is attached to the room. The parking is free in front or on the side of the tiny house. There outdoor BBQ areas and fire pits are available for guests. Fire wood is provided. Other things to note The Adventure Tiny House is 10 miles from the South entrance of Zions National Park. The property is located on an acre of land next to Highway 9. There is traffic on the road most hours of the day and early evening. The tiny house is well insulated and has its own split heater and cooling unit. The property is surrounded by farm land with farm animals in the field next to the tiny house. There is a chicken coop on the property with fresh eggs for your use. There is an egg cooker and a electric frying pan to cook eggs if you like.
