Friendly Asheville hospitality, on a safe, quiet street, 7 minutes from downtown. Modest, clean, comfy, with the cuddliest cat you've ever met. Public bus stop 2 blocks walk. Do you play music? We can direct you to the local jams. This is Asheville -- we welcome all ethnicities, gender id's, religions, etc. -- just no candles or incense please. And no smoking. (Homestay permit on file with the City of Asheville, as required). The space I have two spaces for rent. This one (#1) is for the private guest room, with a double-bed, suitable for one or two people. It has a table for your suitcase, or for computer work if you have a laptop. Power strip for charging all your devices. If you want separate beds, there is also a single bed in the finished basement, with room for a futon on the floor. So I can accommodate up to 4 people -- two in the double bed and two in the basement. If you prefer just the basement, look for "(Awesome) Pretty-Good Space --#2". If you want to reserve both spaces, look for "(Awesome) Pretty-Good Space --#3" -- this is the combined listing for both spaces. If you want just the guest room with the double bed, use this listing. Guest access You're welcome to enjoy the living room, and back deck and yard. Fridge space and basic kitchen use available -- feel free to make breakfast, pack lunch, etc. During your stay This is my primary residence, so I'll be your housemate while you're here. Happy to socialize, and also happy to leave you in peace. Other things to note If you are booking this listing, keep in mind that the downstairs -- "(Awesome) Pretty-Good Space -- #2)" -- might be rented to someone else, and we'll all be sharing the one bathroom.
