The space This self-converted skoolie has bunk beds with a full mattress and twin mattress that includes all new linens, pillows, and comforters. Brand new towels for use of the spa. There is a brand new electric blanket to use on really cold nights!! The bus has an indoor dining table and chairs, electric hook up, mini-fridge, WiFi, lights, Keurig and coffee. There is an electric wood stove for use during the colder months (Nov-Feb) and A/C during the summer. 10 minutes from Gardiner Bakehouse 🥐 10 minutes from Pitch Pine Outfitters 🥾 15 minutes from Angry Orchard Cider House HQ🍎 10 minutes to restaurants in Pine Bush 15 minutes from New Paltz; Mohonk Preserve, Gunks climbing, Minnewaska State Park, Sam’s Point, Mohonk Mtn. Guest access You will have access to the entire school bus and a private outdoor area, including a private hot tub. In the backyard you will find a swing set, sand box, and trampoline that guests may use. Please supervise children AT ALL TIMES. We also have a flock of chickens! Please do not enter the coop but you may say hi to them behind the coop at their fenced in area :) Other things to note The bus has brand new bedding; sheets, pillows, down comforters to make your stay as comfortable as possible. Towels are provided for hot tub use as well! There are outdoor lights near hot tub & flashlights to use during your stay. There is a camping toilet outside of the bus, in a privacy tent with toilet paper.
