Brand new towels for use of the spa. There is a short, but relaxing walking trail through the woods of our forest that lead you to a peaceful pond. The bus has an indoor dining table and chairs, electric hook up, WiFi, lights, Keurig and coffee. You will have access to the entire school bus and a private outdoor area, including a private hot tub. In the backyard you will find a swing set, sand box, and trampoline that guests may use. Please supervise children AT ALL TIMES. We also have a flock of chickens! Please do not enter the coop but you may say hi to them behind the coop at their fenced in area :) I am available 24hrs/day by texting me directly during your stay. House - 15 miles 🍏 Angry Orchard Cider House - 15 minutes We have two great restaurants just down the road from our property; one being within walking distance at just 1/2 mile away. Take a 14 mile drive to the beautiful town of New Paltz and spend the day shopping and eating at restaurants for any cuisine you could want! The bus has brand new bedding; sheets, pillows, down comforters to make your stay as comfortable as possible. Towels are provided for hot tub use as well! There are outdoor lights near hot tub & flashlights to use during your stay. There is a camping toilet outside of the bus, in a privacy tent with toilet paper. There is an outdoor sink with filtered, cold water. Soap & hand sanitizer provided. *There is no shower for guest use.
