The space A quite top floor, clean, wood floors, lots of windows, sunlight, wireless internet, bathtub, separate full kitchen, washer & dryer on-premise. walking distance to campus, bus line at the corner, as is a Ford bike share. (Derby & College Ave.) Guest access Laundry Room (In basement) Closet: To hang clothing use entry closet between the front door and kitchen. Off limits: Second closet across from the entry, next to the bathroom door. Other things to note If you have a bike it can safely be stored in basement. Berkeley is easy on a bike and there is a Ford bike share a block away. Permit parking on street - this requires arranging this or making other accommodations. Permit fee not included in rent.
