Complaints from neighbors may lead to eviction, and it is essential to note that STRICTLY NO REFUNDS will be provided in such instances. In Tagaytay, we encourage garbage segregation; kindly utilize the assigned garbage bins for proper disposal. Prior to your checkout, our caretaker will evaluate the property. If the house is left in a trashed condition, an additional cleaning fee of at least Php 1500 will be applied. Damages to the property will incur charges based on the severity.
