Welcome to Casa Gali, your private vacation home in Lipa, Batangas. Conveniently situated just 20 minutes (6.5 km) away from the Lipa (Tambo) Exit, our retreat offers the perfect blend of convenience and tranquility, making it your ideal home away from home. The space Our accommodation is designed to cater to families and groups of friends, with the main house accommodating 14-16 guests comfortably. For larger groups of up to 24 guests or those looking to utilize a fourth / fifth bedroom, we offer an extension cabin . The extension cabin can only be booked by the party occupying the main house to ensure exclusive and private use of our space. Our bed capacity is a maximum of 14 guests / 7 double beds with an allowance of two additional extra beds (two single mattresses). Extra guests over 14 will be charged PHP900 per night. We request to settle and confirm the headcount at least one day before check-in. Children below 2 years old are considered free of charge but still included in the headcount. Discounted rate of 450php per head applies for children 3-6 years old. Kindly include your service staff in the headcount as well. Guests are responsible for their room arrangements. Parking We can accommodate up to 5-7 cars inside the gated compound. Guest access Guests have exclusive access to the entire house Other things to note We'll provide you with the Waze Pin and clear instructions to ensure you find our place easily without any difficulties. The road going inside and outside the property is quite steep! Please shift to low gear and drive slowly when entering and exiting the property. Guests are required to register with the staff. Headcount will be conducted as well as signing of the waiver. A crib, baby bath tub, and steam sterilizer are available upon request. Keep the furniture in place. Changing of towels and sheets are standard for bookings 3 nights and up. You can request towels and sheets for special cases for short stays. Outside food is allowed. Please clean as you go. Please do not leave your perishables and leftover food. Garbage bins and trash bags are available for your use. Only the jacuzzi is temperature controlled - we have our staff for assistance in turning on the heater as well as the water bubbles / air pressure massage. Please wear proper swimming attire when using the pool. Batangas weather is usually cooler than in Manila. There are times that electric fans and the forest breeze are comfortable enough in our home. But if it feels too warm, all bedrooms have air conditioning and fans. Please remember to switch them off when the room is unoccupied, as we aim to be mindful of our environment and conserve energy. It is prohibited to bring into the property and use any illegal substances and/or drugs. Carrying and the use of firearms, whether licensed or unlicensed, is strictly prohibited. Smoking inside the house is strictly prohibited. A penalty of Php2,000 shall be imposed should the guests be found smoking inside the house. Small pets are welcome but we ask that they wear a diaper and shoes at all times. A pet fee of Php500 each per night shall be added to your total bill. Pets cannot pee or poop inside the house. A penalty of Php2,000 shall be imposed should the pets be found peeing or defecating inside the house. Check-in is at 2PM. Check-out is at 11AM. Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability. Our house staff will remind you 30 minutes before your check-out time. We strictly impose this rule to give us ample time to clean and prepare the place for the next guests. Penalties and damages will be communicated to the guests through the “request money” policy of airbnb, with photos as evidence. Stains on bedding or sofas will have a cleaning fee of PHP 1,500. You may opt to deposit the payment in our official bank account. We have included a list of nearby restaurants you can order from during your stay. You can also request assistance from our caretaker for an added fee. As mentioned, since our home is tucked in nature, it's common to encounter crawling and flying insects. While many are harmless, like ants, bees, and flies, we recommend taking precautions such as applying insect repellent and keeping the fly screens closed to minimize any inconvenience.
