Welcome The space The building has a gated entrance with private security, providing peace of mind for our guests, as well as two elevators for added convenience. We are just 3–5 minutes by car from Punta 7 and Punta 5 beaches, and approximately 7 minutes from the other Punta Blanca beaches and Punta Barandúa. The apartment is a brand-new corner unit featuring 3 comfortable bedrooms with new mattresses, sanitized linens, and air conditioning throughout. Master Bedroom: Panoramic ocean view. Kitchen: Panoramic ocean view and fully equipped with a refrigerator, induction cooktop, microwave, blender, coffee maker, rice cooker, sandwich maker, pots, pans, dinnerware, and cooking utensils. Wine glasses, beer glasses, wine opener, pizza cutter, and ice cream scoop are also provided. BBQ: BBQ utensils are provided. The BBQ and fire pit areas are subject to availability. If you would like to use them, please let us know as soon as you book so we can confirm availability. Beach Gear: Large cooler, small cooler, insulated beverage container, 2 beach chairs, sand toys, and bodyboard. Board games are also available. The apartment includes one assigned parking space, plus guest parking within the gated property, monitored by private security. Pets: Pets up to 10 kg (22 lb) are welcome.
