There are stairs up to the building from Street parking and stairs down to the unit- 1.1 miles away from the Rice Eccles Stadium at UofU 15 min drive to SLC Airport 7 min drive to the heart of the UofU 8 min drive to UofU Medical Center 7 min drive to Downtown 8 min walk to TRAX (Red line 900 East Station) 41 min to Park City 35 min to Snowbird Ski 38 min to Solitude Ski 25 min to Lagoon The space This 2 bed/1 ba is approx 875 sq ft. Bedrooms have black out curtains, a new queen bed in one bedroom & a TV with access to Netflix. The 2nd Bedroom has a new twin Day bed with a regular twin trundle. Living room has an “American Leather” queen sleeper sofa- (basically it’s super comfy) along with a TV with access to Netflix as well. There is a full private kitchen with a gas stove, stocked with everything one would need to cook with. The unit also has a washer and dryer, ironing board, hair dryer and Keurig. A porta crib is available upon request. WiFi is also provided. Building is close to the University of Utah, Trolley Square, 9th&9th area, Whole Foods, Trader Joe’s, Smith’s, endless restaurants & public transit to the University, downtown or out south. Ample free street parking. **Please be honest in how many people are staying. If you use all beds it is more time and $$ to clean and we need to know how much time we need to plan for...Thanks and hope to see you book at The Little Grand!** Other things to note Our place is new inside, clean and comfortable! There are 20ish stairs from the street parking up to the building and 8 stairs down to the unit. Upon leaving we will ask that you: 1. Load your dishes into the dishwasher 2. Make a pile of dirty linens you used (towels & Bed sheets) 3. Empty the cupboards and fridge of any food you have brought in 4. Take out the garbage- the cans are located down by the parking
