Spacious Room in Bright Cozy House

My spacious and cozy bedroom is quaint yet on walking distance to bus stop, Ashby BART St., and 2 supermarkets incl. Whole Foods. Our house is spacious, comfortable, and the kitchen is well-stocked with equipments! PS (IMPORTANT): we have a friendly dog in the house The space This room is part of 3-bedroom house where I live with my 3 housemates. They are nice, polite, and respectful grad students. The room is very spacious and bright with big window facing the front garden. The bed is queen size and super comfy (one of my guests took a pic of the brand tag so he could buy the same mattress!). There are wide common space for open kitchen, living room, and ping pong table. The big bed can comfortably accommodate 2 people. If there is another person, I can provide an air mattress. Guest access Bathroom (shared with 1 housemate), kitchen, living room, ping pong table, laundry room, parking lot. Basically everywhere in the house except my housemates' bedrooms. During your stay I'll be available on texts, emails, and Airbnb messages. Other things to note There will be 3 other graduate students in the house. They are very nice, polite, and personable.
