We aim to provide a peaceful stay, so no parties or noise after 10 PM. If you're seeking nightlife, this may not be the best fit. We are within walking distance to cafes, restaurants, and the Metro (El Poblado), and 7 minutes by car to El Poblado. There is a school across the street, so you may hear school activity in the mornings. If you want to experience the true feeling of living in Medellín, this is the perfect place! The space Experience Medellín like a local! Our vibrant and lively neighborhood offers an authentic taste of daily life in the city-safe and full of character. While we’re not as quiet as some residential areas, we’re also far from the noise of Medellín’s party zones-striking the perfect balance. We’re conveniently located near the domestic airport (Olaya Herrera), La Terminal del Sur bus station, a nearby church, a local supermarket, a convenience store right across the street, a cozy café just steps away, and plenty of restaurants and street food vendors. One of the highlights? From Thursday through the weekend, our local food vendors set up their stands—it’s a delicious experience you won’t want to miss! Please note: there is a school next door, so you may occasionally hear announcements or music during events and activities. The space is a modern loft apartment with 1 bedroom and 1.5 bathrooms, featuring a queen-size bed, a desk for remote work, a fully equipped kitchen, and a comfortable living room. It’s located on the third floor—please note there is no elevator access. Kindly note: Parking is not available on the property. Guest access -Please note our property does NOT have an elevator and is not wheelchair accessible. -Our loft style Suites/Apartments are located in the 3rd floor and there are 2 sets of stairs. -Our bedrooms are in a loft style, with high ceilings but may not be the best space for an individual that cannot go up many stairs. -Our front entrance is secured by a lock with a code and camera. - All suites/apartments are accessible with an entrance code that is changed after every guest checks out. - Any visitors or additional guest are required to register and show proof of ID. Other things to note Our Suite/Apartment offers complimentary WiFi. It is the ideal place for remote work or if you are traveling to Medellin for business. HOUSE RULES Guest Registration: We require all guests to provide identification and register prior to providing access to our building, as per local regulations or building policies. ​Check-in and Check-out Times: Check-in starts at 3 PM. Check-out time is at 11:00 AM (please inform us if you need additional time). ​ Safety: We prioritize the safety, security, and well-being of all our guests. Therefore, we do not condone or support any activities that violate laws, including prostitution, and activities involving minors that contravene the law. ​ Minors: Please be informed that minors are not permitted on the premises without prior registration and without the company of a parent. If you are accompanying a minor, please ensure they are registered accordingly. ​ Visitors: No visitors under the age of 18 are allowed without a parent present, all visitors must register before entering the building using a link provided. ​Smoking & Drug Use: Smoking and the use of hallucinogenic substances, including Marijuana or ANY type of drugs are NOT allowed inside the apartment. A deep cleaning fee of $200USD will be charged  if the use of these substances is detected. ​Quiet Hours: Our building quiet time starts at 10 PM.  ​No Parties or Events: To maintain the tranquility of our guests, parties or events are prohibited. ​​Respect for Neighbors: Guests are expected to respect the privacy and peace of neighbors. This includes minimizing noise, especially during late hours. ​ Pets Policy: We love animals, but unfortunately, pets are not allowed at our home. However, service animals with proper documentation may be accepted. ​ Cleaning Expectations: Guests are required to leave the property in a tidy condition. Additional cleaning fees may apply if the property is left excessively dirty or damaged. ​ Security Measures: Please lock doors and windows when leaving the property and be cautious with valuable belongings. ​ Damages: Guests are responsible for any damages that occur during their stay. Please report any issues to the host immediately. ​ Utilities Usage: Please conserve water to reduce your environmental footprint. ​Parking Regulations: Parking is not available. ​Laundry: Guests are welcome to use the washer and dryer located in the 2nd-floor lobby, free of charge before 9 AM and after 3 PM, subject to availability. (Please note that laundry detergent is not provided.) ​Smart TV: Our Smart TVs offer excellent picture quality and functionality for your convenience.
