This historic mansion is currently under renovation, the guest room is in pristine condition. Located in the heart of historic midtown, you will be close to the city center, parks and many arts/culture venues. Easy access to public transit, with off-street parking available. The black marble Art Deco bathroom is a historical gem and includes a deep soaking tub/shower. Quiet location, garden views. Use of kitchen, laundry and gym. Hardwood floors, walk in closet and couch in room. Guest access Kitchen, Dining Room, Parlor, Living Room with wood burning fireplace. Huge front porch with swing. Gardens with two ponds. Gym, Laundry. During your stay I try to meet every guest and show them the house, but I own a retail store and might not even see you during your stay.
