Garden-Level Apt a Short Walk from Downtown Mall

North Downtown garden-level apartment in a large 1925 Arts & Crafts bungalow. The 1,000 sf apartment features 1 bedroom with a queen bed, 1 bedroom with a twin bed and two cribs, living/dining room, full kitchen and bath. The apartment has a lot of light, and is in a quiet neighborhood just a very short walk from Charlottesville's Downtown Mall. The space The apartment has its own keyed entrance and parking area. We live in the main part of the house, above the apartment, so are almost always close by to answer questions and otherwise help you out. You may hear limited footfall from above, but it is not a significant issue. Heat is provided by numerous radiators controlled by a thermostat within the apartment. Central air-conditioning provides cooling. Included are towels, sheets, toiletries, laundry detergent, coffee and tea. The queen bed is located within its own bedroom, and is quite comfortable. The twin bed is in a second bedroom that also holds two cribs fitted-out for babes. Some storage contains owner’s items, but ample drawer and closet space for guest use are provided. Guest access You will have exclusive access to the entire apartment.
