Loft Penta - apartment Colosseum

Penta, with its industrial design, offers ample space in an exclusive location just a short walk from the Colosseum. The apartment, in a historic Roman building, is finely renovated, all rooms are spacious and comfortable. Exclusively upon request, you can go to the building's furnished terrace for an evening aperitif. The terrace is not part of the house, but an extra that I will be happy to let you use if possible. The space The accommodation consists of a large living room with handcrafted iron and wood bookcases, a 51-inch TV, a three-seater sofa and a two-seater sofa, a table for 6/7 people, two double bedrooms both equipped with dressers and hangers, a bathroom and a large kitchen equipped with a sink, induction cooktop, oven, microwave, kettle and Nespresso coffee machine. Guest access The apartment is accessed by going up one flight of stairs, there is no elevator; on the fifth floor there is the possibility, only on request (you need to check availability by requesting a couple of days before your arrival) to use a magnificent terrace overlooking the Colosseum and all of Rome to be able to drink a glass of wine at sunset or even for a morning coffee before starting to explore the city.
