The well-equipped kitchen has stainless steel appliances and plenty of counterspace for meal prep. A standard 12 cup drip coffee maker and Keurig coffee maker are available for your convenience. The two Master King bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms have beautifully tiled showers and are located on the West side of the house, while an additional King and Double/Double bunk bedroom and the guest bathroom with tub/shower combination are located on the East side of the property. All bedrooms have a Smart TV for your entertainment. Ground level is a game room with large, flat screen TV, ping pong table and cornhole boards! This space has a full bathroom with shower, which can also be easily accessible from the private swimming pool with a convenient sun shelf for lounging in the water, as well as a covered furnished area to relax in the shade. Pool heat available by request for an additional fee ($400 + tax per week). Additional outdoor amenities include under-house concrete parking, a hot/cold outdoor shower, fish cleaning sink and park-style charcoal grill. An outdoor storage room is also available to corral any outdoor gear and a convenient electric vehicle charging station is available for your electric car! A short 4-minute walk or 1-minute drive will take you to the nearest community beach boardwalk or enjoy a bicycle ride to the center of the Island to enjoy the shops, restaurants and Lighthouse Park, less than 1 mile away from the property.
