The open living area is comfortably furnished with down-filled loveseat and sofa with Queen sleeper option, a large flatscreen TV with streaming channels, tray ceilings and Gulf views. The living room opens to a large, covered and furnished deck overlooking the private swimming pool, the perfect space to enjoy the sparking Gulf views while you relax in the shade. The well-equipped kitchen has everything you need to prepare a family meal, all new stainless-steel appliances, single and 12 cup drip coffee maker and bar seating for 4. The nearby dining table seats up to 6. The first of two Gulf-facing Master bedrooms, The West Master with King bed and TV has a large private bathroom with double vanity, soaking tub and glass shower stall. The East Gulf-facing Master bedroom has a King bed, TV and private bathroom with shower/tub combination. The third King Master bedroom has a TV and private bathroom with shower/tub combination and the fourth bedroom offers a double bunk bed (double on top/double on bottom), TV and has access to a hall bathroom with shower/tub combination. Outdoor amenities include a private 13x26 swimming pool with pool heat or chill (pool heat or chill available by request for an additional fee of $300 + tax per week), an expansive outdoor lounge space, a fire pit, fish cleaning sink, propane grill, park-style charcoal grill and picnic table.
