Amazing A-Frame at Apple Canyon Lake

Amazing location! Spend a long weekend away with family and friends at Apple Canyon Lake! Our A-frame has 5 bedrooms, 3 full baths, a 3-season room plus a hangout/gaming area with a pool table, dart board, and Golden Tee video game suite. We are close to the pool, marina, golf course/Pro Shop and The Cove restaurant. We're ready for whatever you're planning including golfing, hiking, biking, swimming, boating, basketball, tennis, pickleball or just relaxing or watching the game. The space Our home is a bright and airy A-frame with 5 bedrooms, 3 full baths, a 3-season room plus a hangout/gaming area with a pool table, dart board and portable craps table. Step outside on our wrap-around deck to enjoy the fresh air, have a bite to eat at the picnic tables or grab your favorite beverage and stargaze as you stay warm by the fire pit. Tip: Contact us in advance to purchase firewood bundles for your stay. For a quick layout of the home, there are 3 levels: Upstairs, Main floor and Lower Level walkout. Guest access Included with your stay, all registered guests can enjoy the community pool, fitness center and Nixon beach. (An amenity tag is included with your stay and is required for each guest for access.) Hours and availability are provided upon booking. Boaters can enjoy beautiful Apple Canyon Lake, even if you don’t have a boat! Reservations available and required for a boat/pontoon rental thru the Marina for full or half days. Contact us for details to reserve your tee time and golf cart thru the Pro Shop. Walkers, hikers and mountain bikers have access to our 13 mile trail system that wraps around Apple Canyon Lake; you’ll note the trail is at the base of the property. Keep your eyes and ears open as you share this trail with others including golf carts and UTVs that also access the trail. Note: All off-road vehicles must be registered with the ACL office; you may NOT bring your own from home to use at ACL unless you are a Property Owner. No exceptions - sorry! If you like to fish, get up before the sun to catch a sunrise and your fill of bass, bluegill, catfish and walleye. Bring your pole and purchase a fishing license at the Marina. Please be courteous to the community and use the designated areas by the Marina for cleaning and fish waste removal. Games, games, games! For outdoors, we have bocce, can jam, frisbee and cornhole. There’s space to play cornhole on our huge deck or you can play in the yard. We also have a hoop and a basketball so grab your favorite baller and play some Pig. If you'd like to play pickleball, grab the gear from the entry closet and head to the courts, a 2 minute walk away by trail or by road. For indoors, we have a pool table, dart board, Golden Tee, a portable craps table, poker chips, 2 chess sets, checkers, dice, marble solitaire, tic/tac/toe, Uno and cards. And if you like board games, we’ve got Monopoly, Taboo, Oh Snap, cribbage, Utter Nonsense, Apples to Apples, Beat the Parents and many, many more. No matter the time of year, no stay would be complete without a visit to the waterfall! This is a short <10 minute scenic drive but so worth it. Other things to note For the chef, you will find Gap Home dinnerware, 2 Weber gas grills, Wusthof knives, quality pans and cookware by All-Clad and Calphalon, a double basket air fryer, baking sheets, cutting boards, blender, food processor, hand mixer, Kitchen-Aid stand mixer, French coffee press, coffee grinder, traditional and K-Cup coffee maker, tea kettle and more. When it’s time for sleep, rest easy on comfortable beds with medium/firm memory foam mattresses, cozy sheets, soft blankets and warm duvets.
