All appliances are modern and we keep the apt extremely clean. The private room itself has a personal refrigerator, a full length mirror, personal closet with plenty of hangers and space, personal air conditioning/heating unit, flat screen TV with all premium channels and Netflix, a queen size bed with an extra tempurpedic bed-cover and plenty of extra linens, towels, pillows. Very thick, comfortable true queen air mattress set-up in living room upon request for 3-4 guests. Guest access Access to all common spaces Fully Stocked Kitchen: -oven/stove -toaster -juicer -George Forman -coffee machine -pasta maker Etc Living Room: -55 inch flatscreen -fully stocked granite-top bar with 4 bar chairs -dartboard -removable exercise pole Bathroom: -amazing water pressure shower -functional rub -fully stocked cabinet with any amenities Additional: -Laundry Room in basement of building - iron - hair dryer/iron - first aide kit - can receive packages at anytime because of doormen During your stay You're welcome to interact with us as much or as little as you prefer! Jeremy and I are both available 24/7. He manages a bar about a mile and a half away and I work at a bar downtown, so we keep late hours and always have access to our phones. We also are extremely knowledgeable about NY nightlife, events, and all things entertainment. Both having worked in hospitality for about 10 years, we know a bartender/manager at most locations and are happy to give you tips to maximize your time in the city. Also, in the rare case of an extreme emergency when we are both not at home, there is a doorman at the front at all times to assist you with anything. Other things to note Please be advised we have check-in time after 3pm because we do have a cleaning service between reservations and we want to leave enough time to ensure everything is set up for an arriving guest. But we do understand travel can be difficult. If you need to drop off luggage before check-in or need to leave luggage after check-out, we are always happy to accommodate those requests, so do not hesitate to ask! Also, as much as we would love to host your family, our apartment isn't really set up for children. Of course we will do our best to work with you for shorter trips or for specific situations, but we've recently received a lot of requests for families for extended periods of time. It's a large apartment as far as NY apartments go, but we're in our early 30s and have not set up our apartment to accommodate children. I'm putting this disclaimer because I do feel terrible declining so many inquiries for this reason. I just really want to be upfront and honest about what our listing can provide.
