This spacious & comfortable detached guesthouse is in an idyllic location. Just minutes from Downtown Boulder in a beautiful, rustic, countryside neighborhood! Safely park your car in the garage and head upstairs to your private living area. Look out onto a view of Boulder's iconic Flatiron mountains or turn on the Roku-enabled flatscreen TV. • Space includes office nook, kitchen, dining room, bathroom, and 2 bedrooms: a queen bed in one, two doubles in the other. Perfect for families! The space The main living area includes an office nook, kitchen, and dining space, with two bedrooms and a bathroom adjacent to the living area. One bedroom contains 2 double beds; the other contains a queen bed (3 beds total). Guest access Guests have full access to the guesthouse and attached garage (although the owners may briefly access the garage during your stay, at their discretion). Other things to note Please note: We live next door on the property. While we are an older couple, we have a lot of grandchildren who visit and may be running around outside. We reserve the right to access the garage during your stay as it contains our storage and workspace. However, we promise to respect your privacy.
