Other things to note · Our pricing adjusts daily based on demand. Airbnb adds local/state taxes to the total rate. Host pays 15.5% in service and processing fees. · 30 day minimum stay · Travel plans can be unpredictable and we always stick to our cancelation policy - Airbnb offers trip insurance through Generali that we highly suggest. · Kindly review our House Rules and Checkout procedures before booking to ensure a smooth, surprise-free stay. · To keep the space comfortable and energy-efficient, please keep all windows and doors closed while using the heat or A/C. If left open for more than 5 minutes, the system will automatically pause and resume once everything is closed. · No parties, smoking, or outside vendors, please. · Our family lives upstairs, and while we’ve added extra soundproofing, some noise may still be heard. · The driveway is shared with our family. · This is a basement unit - stairs are required to access the space. · We do not offer mail access (community mailbox), so setting up a PO Box at the Heber Post Office is best. Some packages may arrive at the house - Amazon usually works and sometimes FedEx - but UPS and USPS do not deliver here. We are not responsible for mail or packages. · There is new home construction on neighboring lots, and some daytime construction noise may be present during your stay. · A personal vehicle is strongly recommended. However, free public transportation is available: · High Valley Transit offers daily commuter bus service to/from Park City and SLC during peak hours. · Ride Micro is an on-demand service in Heber Valley (5 AM–10 PM daily) with pickups/drop-offs at local bus stops like the Hospital and Walmart.
