We set out to make this place a spacious cocoon with chic decor close to everything. Our apartment is located on the ground floor in a building and a quiet alley in the historic heart of the old town. It opens directly onto a quiet green backyard. (not accessible) The space The accommodation consists of a living room with fully equipped open kitchen, bedroom with double bed, bathroom and separate toilet. The living room includes a sofa bed (sheets provided), a TV with access to current channels. The kitchen includes a dishwasher, oven, stove, fridge/freezer, coffee machine (DOLCE GUSTO), microwave as well as all dishes, cooking utensils. The bedroom is composed of a 160*200 bed (sheets provided) and a large closet. The bathroom with shower includes a washer-dryer, a towel-dryer, a hairdryer (towels and shampoo/shower gel provided). The apartment is located in a very quiet building, parties and gatherings are not allowed, no smoking inside the accommodation. A stone's throw from Place Saint-Louis and the Saint-Jacques shopping center with underground parking. You will fully enjoy the city center and its shops on foot.
