Large Private Room in Kips Bay/Murray Hill

I have a very spacious private room(about 170 sqft) with a queen size mattress. Perfectly situated in Kips Bay Manhattan, a very nice neighborhood. Walking distance to Empire State building(10 mins); Herald Square(15min), Madison Square Park(17min) and East River(7min). Also within walking distance is the subway station, AMC movie theater, and a large selection of restaurants, bars & shops (all within 5mins!) And a new Trader Joe's just opened just two blocks away! YAY! The space My bedroom is about 170 sqft, so you won't feel crowded like you will in a lot of typical Manhattan bedrooms. I also have a large desk if you need it for work or makeup. Guest access My apartment is a 2-bedroom apartment, I have a very nice female roommate in the smaller bedroom. You can access our full kitchen (microwave, oven ,coffee machine, blender, rice cooker etc.) and our living room,where we have a couch with a lounge set up, we also have netflix, huluplus, amazon instant video etc set up on our 40-inch smart TV. During your stay I have lived in NYC for almost four years now, I love meeting new people from the world, I have used airbnb quite a lot in my own vacation and I have had quite a few wonderful experiences which I keep telling my friends. So I would love to share my own knowledge and tips with you about the city or anything else.
