Family Friendly Home in the Heart of Lyons

Ranch style home with 4 bedrooms, 3 baths, and can sleep up to 8. Guests have access to the entire house and yard. Ideal for multiple families. Lyons is located 14 miles north of Boulder and 22 miles south of Estes Park. It's a great central location for people looking to explore the area. The space We have a ranch style home with the main level and a stairs leading to the basement. There are four stairs that lead to the main entry, and three steps down to the back patio. Bedrooms and Baths: There are four bedrooms. The master is on the main floor and has a queen bed. There is an attached 5 piece en suite bath. The other bedroom on the main level is currently used as a child's room. It has a twin bed with a trundle that can be converted into a king size bed. There is a full bath next to the room. The other two bedrooms are in the basement and both have queen beds. There is a bathroom with a shower for those two rooms. Living Areas: There are two living rooms/TV rooms, one on the main level and one in the basement. Both rooms have TV's with Direct TV. The basement also has a pool table. Kitchen/Dining: There is a fully equipped kitchen that includes a microwave, toaster oven, coffee grinder and maker. The dining table can be extended to accommodate 8 people. Two families can easily share the space. Very kid friendly! The home is our principle residence, so please respect the house and furnishings like you would your own. Guest access There is access to the entire home and yard. There is a gas grill and a patio table for outdoor dining. The yard has a grassy play area and a trampoline. The backyard is enclosed with a 4 foot fence. There are neighbors that share the fence line who appreciate quiet hours after dark.
